Sutters Landing Home Owners Association was incorporated in July 24, 1992.  Subdivision developer was SOUTHLAND HERITAGE HOMES CORP. and was completed in four stages.

 

Presently there are 107 single family resident homes. Common areas consists of 5 ponds and areas surrounding plus the entrance area.
